Looks gross and messy. I'm not a fan of tofu either.

I'm totally partial to tofu and it looks similar to "doenjang jjigae" - without the vegies.
I love spicy soups and have learned to cook "jjigae" because of this.
I might try cooking this for lunch today and cracking an egg in it looks like a good idea!!!
