K so this topic i think has been boggling my mind since recently.
I got into k-pop through a random video on youtube which happened to be a special stage with Wonder Girls and Big Bang(yeah the tell me+ lies) and from there i just became into a k-pop addict and got into the culture as well. So yeah i like alot of artists, compared to the other people, i dont choose artists. I mean if i like their song, even if theyre not hitting number 1's everywhere ill download it. And im also not Idol-centered cause i also like soloists. anyways more to the topic,

Recently, just browsing through tv and just randomly i watched pops in seoul and FT Island's Love Sick was playing. So i got interested and learned WOW they debuted in june 2007?! Where have I been!? But honestly I HAVE heard of them before but didnt get them the chance since theyre a band, and the reason i like k-pop as a whole is cause it has more groups with a dash of western style. And i just feel so bad that i havent been supporting this band as i think theyre HECKA talented. HECKFULL of talent. Hongki's voice as i declare it myself IS THE strongest in k-pop. Oh no i didnt? oh yes i did. Im not taking anything away from other voices k? I just know that Hongki's voice is powerful. And jonghun can play alot of instruments, thats always a plus for the band

And another artist i only gave a chance recently is MC MONG T,T I never gave him the chance too like FTI since (honestly) he doesnt look good. I know im shallow right? and now i feel sorry for not listening to him! He's very talented too and should consider making tracks for other artists.

I don't think anyone can beat me and how long it took for me to get into 2PM - I got into them about a week before Jaebeom left! I used to hate their song "Again & Again" because of the dodgy choreography + boring beats, but then I fell in love with their rehearsal vid for "I Hate You" (thanks to Wooyoung's wall gag + Taec's camwhoring) and Wooyoung's ssanti dance and their SGB appearances and now I'm kicking myself every day for not getting into them sooner.

Now I'm obsessed with Wild Bunny and watching all their MVs and variety show segments again (and again and again and again) and from their debut til now to make up for it. TTT.TTT I'm so depressed!!

for me, i like monday kiz just before kim min soo died in a motor accident..
i was soo regret that i havent discover them since their debut..they are talented duo...but again, everything is too late as they couldnt perform anymore like they always do..T_T

the other will be HOT...it is sad to know them years after they disbanded.. if only i knew kpop earlier...

2PM - I first saw them on this random dvd I brought *brought it because it said DBSK and Rain LOL !* (Later found out it was SBS Gayo Daejun) and saw them perform 10/10.. I thought they looked so childlike and wasn't diggin their fashion style either although I though Taec and Junsu looked alright.. It wasn't until a few months ago my brother was talking about Again & Again and how it was doing well in Korea that I finally decided to give them another chance and well since then I haven't looked back ! I absolutely loved their goofiness and they're so adorkable !.. Still can't believe they are the same guys I originally thought were little kids trying to be Idols *Hangs my head in shame*..
After School - I don't know why but I steered clear of them.. I think I was getting sick of all these girls groups that I started getting them mixed up !.. Then recently re-watched an episode of Idol Army with 2PM and realized that some of their songs are actually catchy and now I love their Diva and Ah song..
Super Junior- I knew about them because they are the biggest boy group but never listened to any of their songs until I heard It's You and loved the song but still didn't pay much attention to them until I started watching random clips of them on Star King and realized that some of them were on Xman and now so far I've seen them on SGB, Intimate Note, Full House and YSMM.. Although I wouldn't say I'm a die-hard fan I definately enjoy watching them and I finally know all their names ! LOL!..

because i used to be jpop biased..and i really dont understand how can anyone know all 13/15 in the group where nearly everyone looked the same...and what's with that name?? i used to think it was corny coz its not like they're all little kids...then my friend forced me to watch EHB around last year..thanks to her, i totally changed my music preference i really regret ignoring SJ before..

My sister got to know them from goong s(song Remember) and she really became a fan.. And i.. I can't say i hated them.. But really didn't love them.. being from a different culture.. hearing and seeing only one kind of boys and music it was really strange for me to see them( i thought they looked like girls.) especcially hear.. It wasn't the language(I saw dramas before) but their voices and music.. But then slowly after seeing HAHAHA.. i fell in love with yunho... and started to like their fast songs... And then after i saw T concert.. i understood that they are really TALANTED!!! that's my story..

How about 1TYM? I got into kpop at about 2005..... That was when I got into 1TYM as well..! A little late since they'd already debuted wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy before 2005. & regrettably, their last album was released in 2005.

Same here. LOL. H.O.T alr disbanded when i first knew about them because of the song "A Song For A Lady"...but i was too young to be bothered with the internet to search for their songs..

and lastly Suju..i wouldnt say im into them now but i used to really do not understand what's the group for.and let's just say KangIn didnt leave me a good impression..but now im okay with them and like some of the members. ^^

Totally a late-comer on the SuJu Train - i disliked them for the same reason I disliked SNSD (too lazy to remember all of the members ). I still don't love everything about them, but before I wasn't even willing to give them a chance until a friend forced me to listen to Sorry Sorry, It's You and Reset...still haven't listened to the new song by SuJu M, but I'm hearing good things.

CHOTI and JI OH DI
i started liking Kpop around 2002, and i only came to like CHOTI after that...which was shameful T__T
then Ji Oh Di...i liked their music for a while. when their 5th album came out, I just bought it. I kept listening to it, but I wasn't a fan b/c I was more of a Shinhwa fan then... but when 2004 came and Ji Oh Di returned as 4... I felt like I wasted too much time...
