Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Run for 30 mins on the treadmill right after waking up with no breakfast. I drink a cup of green tea before running.
Light breakfast afterwards and off to school. Lunch and dinner are also light. Lots of water. I take another cup of green tea in the evening.
Tuesday, Wednesday
No time to run in the morning so I go to the gym around 3 PM. Work out for around an hour.
Light meals and lots of water. Green tea in the morning and evening.
Strength Training
I try to do ab and arm exercises around 3 times a week.
Meals
I try to eat meals that are low in carbs and with a decent amount of protein. I eat at least one fruit or vegetable a day. I try to limit my rice intake.
