My arms are really skinny but my body isn't... =( i know it sounds kinda weird...What should i do? and when i say skinny, i really mean it...

Well, I would suggest doing arm work outs and gain muscle rather then fat. Of course it's up to you, I'm not exactly sure how you would just earn arm weight alone. You'd probably have to gain weight period to make your arms chubbier.

I have really skinny arms too.
I used to be so afraid of exercise on my upper body because I thought, considering how skinny I was there, every muscle would show.
Well, trust me, do some HEAVY weight, LOW rep (6-8 reps) and your arms will look TONS better.
I actually measured them before and after, and they havn't gained any visible inches, but somehow they look MUCH healthier, and not...emaciated like before
