All I hear is about how we shouldn't waste our childhood.
But all I ever hear is makeup, sex and drugs.
I don't get it when people tell us that we only get to be young for only so long.
What is it that young people can do when they're young?
I just wanna know.
If you could relive your childhood, what is it that you would do?
&&Also the thing about wanting to grow up.
Like how?
Wouldn't that be hard for high schoolers?
If we don't try to grow up,
won't we always be stuck?

Usually olders say that, donīt waiste your childhood, because they want us to not worry, when we are still young.
But parents donīt understand, that they growd up later, then our generation.
Parents wants us to happy and without worries, not like desperate teenagers.
....I donīt know, did I answer your question or not...but thatīs all I know to say...

Sometimes I wish I never grew up. Elders say that we can only be young for so long because as we grow up we have more responsibilities and worries in the world. I don't know about you but my life at age 6 was easier than now. Life was more simple and nothing scared me at that time, I had no worries and I wish now to go back to that time. But I can't, so I understand what the older people are saying.

Have fun. Run around, play tag-- be carefree. Play.
If you could relive your childhood, what is it that you would do?
I would do what I did the first time around-- play all night & day =)

The thing is, if you try to force yourself to grow up too soon... as in worry about so much (that aren't even really important at all), it just drains you of your energy & time that can be used to having fun. Time comes naturally when one has to 'grow up', with gradual increase of responsibilities or something.. so it shouldn't be rushed.

Being in the real world sucks... I'm sure you'll eventually realize it when you're older but when you're younger, you're so carefree. You have parents that love you and support you financially, emotionally, physically, etc. When you're older, you have so many responsibilities and no matter what, you gotta take charge. Your mom's not there for you anymore. If I could go back, I would relive each moment to its fullest. Never get angry or upset and just be happy for that state of mind.. Man that would be great!

So many things, be free - carefree; and not bother about anything in the world.
Just enjoy life and be happy.

When you get older, these things slowly slip away and we stop noticing the little things. We look at the big picture instead. Adults always ask us to make use of our childhood as in, study hard, don't waste time and just enjoy life. Because when we hit a certain age, we start to realize that life is short and the time used to in the past was not put to good. So yeah, I guess we should just start living life instead of thinking about growing up even though that's the process we are going through. biggrin.gif
