If I didn't understand how to set it up, I'd just Google the procedures for free.

I saw that and lol'd. I really feel bad for whoever actually pays that much for a simple set-up that can be easily done by anyone with the capability of reading a manual. Hell, even my sister can set up the playstation we have at home and she's 11.

Their knowledge is questionable.
One time my hubby and I were at Best Buy, he's returning something. We saw a customer was asking the geek squads about CDRs speed. There were 2 geek squads at the time, they both couldn't answer him.
So my hubby came to the rescue, he explained the customer about it. laugh.gif
