Yes I feel your pain. When I was turning 22, i dread it. Now that I am 22, I feel sad...no real friends to hang out with anymore. *sniffs*

I agree with you! Sometimes I wish I was a freshmen in college again! *sigh*
But I think if you're still in your 20's you're still young! You only become old when you're married and have kids... now that's responsibilities!

Using this more as an introduction I am new to the site, I just turned 24 and am feeling old as hell, I guess it doesn't help that all my friends are either really old or a lot younger than me, being British and living in a small town in China doesn’t help either!
Everyone has just got to keep their heads up and enjoy life (and youth) while we have it

You're not alone there =D I'm 30, though i'm a boyo. Reading through all these posts I think that everyone needs to take a step back and reset their thinking. Getting all wound up about the rest of your life in your 20s is waaaaaaaaaaaay too early.
When I was cruising through my 20s I enjoyed each cool moment as it came. I graduated from uni at 21. I volunteered at the olympics then got a full time job that same year. Got made redundant from that job, went back to uni for another 2 and a half years to do my masters. I travelled, I studied. After graduating I worked for 3 years, travelled some more during that time and have now moved to England for work which will also feature MORE travelling.
The thing is that I look back through my 20s and find that I accomplished quite a bit, saw the world a little, understood things a little better. However when you're IN your 20s you always think that nothing much really got done. When you hit 30 and look back, you'll realise all the little things that you did in your 20s add up to a whole lot. However, in your 30s you'll turn your (hopefully) matured eyes on the world and realise that the world is still at your fingertips. You just have to seize the moment.

You guys don't know what life is like after you've passed the 25 mark. Looking back on those school days I feel like its been ages since I just "hung out" with friends, and complained about not being old enough to do anything..lol
I don't get the chance to complain about being too old now cause I work at a place where everyone is older than me and they call me "kiddo." Hearing that everyday it makes me think I'm still in my early 20's. But there is always the downside to everything...I also hear " you're not experienced enough" when it comes to work and that really bugs me.
I guess there is an upside and down to everything....ahhhh

I'm 21 too. I'm absolutely, damn, loving it. Learning the things I love to learn about, knowing my future plans, trying to cope with what the problems I have, trying to be positive and realistic, going out with the boys and drinking every night in college, and the girls -- I love women. It's all goooooooooood.
