As stated in title, how long have you been single? Do you enjoy being single? Do you rather have someone's company?

As for me, I've been single since June. To me, being single is a love/hate thing. I absolutely love the fact that I can go out and hang out with my friends or do whatever it is I please. However, it gets a bit boring when you're alone.

My first girlfriend was during junior year in high school and we broke up during senior year. So it's been around two years for me. Although high school relationships are total BS and I don't think it really counts. Whatever.

I've been single for a helluva long time now. Try five years. I've spent so little time seeing guys compared to the time spent single that I'm completely used to it; it's what I consider normal life for me. It was all stupid, short period of time during high school, anyway, so I've never even had a serious relationship to make me yearn for those kinds of feelings again.

Sure, sometimes I think it would be nice to have a boyfriend, and I do sometimes get jealous of all the people who have someone. But I like the freedom to focus on platonic friendships with no worries, talk to anyone I feel like talking to, and spend my time as I see fit without worrying about whether I'm fitting in enough time with another specific person. It also means I haven't had to worry about romantic drama and massive upheavals in my love life at inopportune times. I haven't had a really serious hankering to get with anyone in quite some time, though I wouldn't turn away from a good boyfriend candidate if one presented himself.

Last one was in 8th grade (I know middle school realationships are sooo lame) I think I've been single because I wasn't ready to get back in the game because my ex/bff died and that happen in freshman year so I kept pushing guys away from me in high school acting like a dude and stuff but I guess it still attracts them to me? But it's true high school realationships is total BS like middle school but I wouldn't mind dating anyone right now. (in my senior year now)

I've been single all my life... and there are certain times I enjoy being single, but other times, I get depressed because of it.
I enjoy single life as it gives me a lot of freedom to do whatever I want, but when I see couples being all lovey-dovey, I'd wish I could have the same experience.

I'd rather have someone's company when I'm interested in someone in particular (like right now). But I'm way too shy to have the courage to get to know guys I'm interested in...

Been single all my life. I don't mind it at all. Its nice hanging out with friends and such, but there are times when I want some privacy/ time to myself xD

20 years 5 months 2 weeks 3 days and 14 hours .. lol XP .. its alright tho.. ive had my once in a while flings but nothing serious.. imma swagga.. not so proud of it but eh... im liking life right now.. not really waiting for Mr. Prince Charming to come around but if he ever does.. im ready for him =]

i like being single, all the people i know who are in relationships always get drama

i love being able to go out and do whatever.

although i might be to young right now to really want one anyways

since all my life...
being single got its pros and cons..
pros: u got ur own time/privacy...u get to hang out with all ur friends without boundaries..
cons: damn bored when no one is around...
