I'm not sure about the transfer abroad option but the National University of Singapore is a good choice. You can also try Singapore Management University. There are also American universities that have a Singapore campus. Good luck smile.gif

There are only 3 public funded universities and 1 private university in in Singapore, 4 in total so not alot of choice. Don't know your definition of good. But if you got to choose from only 4 than that's what you got to work with.

Public
Singapore Management University SMU: http://www.smu.edu.sg/admissions/applysmu/transfer/index.asp
National University of Singapore NUS: http://www.nus.edu.sg/oam/apply/transfer/a...-admission.html
Nanyang Technological University NTU: http://admissions.ntu.edu.sg/International...pplication.aspx

Private

Singapore Institute of Management:http://www.unisim.edu.sg/uni/pub/gen/uni_pub_gen_content.cfm?mnuid=19

All the universities require you to give them a detailed list of your curriculum, reading list, exam results & pass the interview BEFORE they decide to allow for transfer of credits or not, which means you might have to start from freshman year all over again if they deem whatever you have done unsatisfactory ...administratively even switching courses within the university is difficult, much less from one local university to another So you can imagine how much harder it is for you as an international applicant i assume.

Just to warn you first, And the school fees aren't cheap. And being a Singaporean myself I don't think the four universities are very global in their outlook or teaching styles either. Get yourself real familiar with the Singaporean accent if you haven't already & only then would you know if you're serious about coming here. If you're not used to the accent, get ready for a HUMONGOUS headache for you would have a hard time understanding the lecturers here. If you manage to get pass the application stage that is.

My 2 cents worth. Hope it helps wink.gif
