okay I don't know if anyone will get what I'm talking about. Because I definitely don't. but hey, you never know.
Anyway. My friend got a scholarship to Tennessee for a year. But I'm moving to LA next year and her parents want her to come live with me and go to the same high school as me. So she needs to change her visa to something else. My mom says it's the i-20 but I think that's for college. But we need that too.
So what I was wondering is how do you change from a 1-year type visa to a longer visa. Like so she can stay longer and get her highschool (next year would be her senior year) and college education here. Does anyone know?
Because I was looking at the sites and everything and.......it's kinda confusing for me.
