okays so here is the situation, my laptop sometimes just turns off by itself, and i dont have like viruses or anything its perfectly CLEAN well from what i know and the scans and the scans are good so dont have to worry about that so do you know why its like that? or its overheating? and how much do you think it costs to clean the fans? i tried taking the laptop apart but it wont go all the way T_T thanks!

Often times when you turn the laptop on, it will give you an option to go into the BIOS. Usually its like F2, F1, Delete, or F10 once in the bios you can visit the hardware monitor to check out your temperatues. If youd ont know how to get there... download speedfan (google it) and see if that can show you your temperatures.

In terms of opening it you can often find upgrade guides on the manufacture's site. Because a can of air is only $3 or so and you can blow out a LOT of dust.

you could also buy a laptop cooler. its a pad that raises the laptop like 1/2 inch and has fans that suck the hot air from the bottom of the laptop and channels it to the back to keep the laptop cooler. i use one and its great.

I have a question about the Laptop cooler. Does the cooler fits all laptop or do you need to find the right size for your laptop...also, what kind of cooler would you recommend me , cause I think of buying one but don't know which brand/type is good.

yeah i remember having the same prob..i went to the technician..he just suggested like what awdark suggested..i bought an air duster for like 3 bucks to keep it cool n clean..n he suggested that to get my laptop cleaned and it's abt $25..
