i need to write a 7 page report about a book that was made into a movie.. i was going to do twilight, but then every other person was doing it.. so any suggestions?? i dont want to do harry potter either.. thanks for the help!

I'll suggest two for you:
1) Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan - The movie follows very close to the book because Amy Tan also wrote the movie script
2) Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt - I did not get to see the movie, but read the book

but I don't know if your teacher would consider it innapropriate or appropriate enough for the assignment, but it's a pretty good book and movie to write seven pages about since it can turn into a really controversial topic.
