I never got the chance to play Daigo, but I've had the opps to play other top Japanese / US players here and there.
you ever played this mexican guy named Alex? He was the top player from around my area and claims to be one of the top. I dunno if he's THAT good, but he certainly beat every single challenger in the arcade every time I saw him.

I used to do alot of travelling for SF games. Parts of Canada and the US. 3s is getting rather boring =\ Maybe I'll put up vids sometime this week when I get the chance.

Lol, I don't think I've met or heard of Alex. If he only plays in Hawaii was it? Then ehh, he's just a top local player haha.

Ohh haha, no idea. I only know a few of the well known Cali players. What arcade does he play at? FFA?
hmm at the time, we were all regulars at this place called GolfLand in Stanton.. however that place got shut down (great place, alot of beta coin ops were sent here before being released nation wide).. but he now plays at Camelot. any of these places sound familiar?

Alex Valle?
The Tekken player? Can't say I haven't heard of him but I'm sure he plays third strike.
I play it at least 3 times a week when I have my ps2. I just want to master the parry and parry super moves is what I strive for. Though fighting for real is different, play against the computer is a challange sometimes, but fighting pros is a different story. I usually don't got to sleep until I've beaten the game without losing a round, execpt to Gill. On 8 stars, its more of a challange and usually still get my butt kicked by the computer. It's fun as hell though, I'm just shocked that I just started playing it not too long ago. I love it and wish Capcom the greatest games ever!
