I don't think there is such thing as free download program on Soompi.
I don't think they allow it... but I can tell you what kind of video program you can get.

I had a friend at high school who was in the video production, she was really good at making videos.
I saw her doing something like that video, except I only saw her doing it with 2 video clips in one video.
She used this program called Camtasia Studio. You should download it, it's spyware free and there's a

I mostly use Sony Vegas/Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro so I can't say for any freeware video editing programs (because they're rather limited), but the split-screen effect you want to achieve can be found in most video editing programs. If you only want to do this kind of thing once, just look up for any 30-day trial programs. I would actually suggest Sony Vegas because it's a lot simpler with a bunch of different effects plug-ins for you to choose from.
