I have liked my best friend for pretty much two years. We've been through the entire confession and rejection (of me, of course) and awkward stage, and now we're once again best friends. But, I still like her and I get jealous over the smallest things. She doesn't even have a boyfriend, and I still get jealous. Especially since the one thing we never talk about is our love lives, so I have no idea who she likes. haha. She has no idea when I'm jealous, I usually just give an excuse for my bad mood.

Everyone deals with jealousy at some point, and it's the worst. Personally, it almost makes me feel like a weak person because jealousy means you don't have something that another has. I hate it. I think that I get jealous far too easily, over the smallest of things. And...it turns me into a different person honestly. Aside from the normal tendencies like getting upset and an overall disgusting feeling inside, I tend to lie a lot more when I'm jealous? I don't know. haha

How do you all act when you're jealous? Maybe get vocal or turn silent? or..get like me?
and How do you deal with jealousy personally? Because, I certainly have problems overcoming jealousy.

And I'm mostly asking about jealousy over a s/o or crush and another person, but it could be over other things also.

if its over something small, like "omg i'm so jealous of u, why are you soooo cool???" i just tell them that, most people take it as a compliment.

if i found out my crush likes someone else, it can go both way, if he didnt show any sign of liking me before i found out, i try to stay away and let them have their way, and feel sad. but if he was leading me on while having a gf, seriously, i'll tell him to his face to cut the crap.

but yea, i generally dont get jealous of my crush's crush/gf, there's no point really, it just make them not want to talk to me more.

I think I'm one of the most open people in my group of friends.
When I get jealous over something, for example, my friend has THE softest cheeks.
I go up to her and molest her cheeks. LOL
And I say something like "I want your darn cheeks T__T"

If it's something little, just go up to them and make a joke about it.
And if it's something like your crush liking someone else, just talk to a close friend about it or make a private blog, or a diary? Something like that .
But really, if it's just a crush, nothing to get that worked up over right?

I get jealous of my best friend, she's my cousin so she has been my best friend since the day I was born. It seems like I can almost always find something about her that is better then me. I don't usually get jealous but it's hard when I'm so close to her and we are almost the exact same but she's just a little better then me...even my friends tell me this sometimes

But usually when I'm jealous I just stay quiet about it- unless it is something like, the color of a friends hair or something- then I will just go up to her a be like "I waaant your hair XD" lol but it isn't really being jealous it is kind of just, liking it? aha

Its about my boyfriend, whenever he says 'ohh that girls is cute' or anything else. I get jealous, though I really know Im such a dramaqueen and sure I know she is cute and nice. So at times that I do get jealous, I just shut up, my words will just be useless to both parties ahahah..

I wish I had someone to talk to about it, that's the problem when the one person you share everything with happens to be the person you like and is causing the problem. Haha. And, I'd say it's more than just a crush after two years.

We could start talking about it, but it would be awkward for her. Ever since I confessed to her, the topic of love lives is sort of a taboo subject. We just don't bring it up. To be honest, it might be even worse if I knew. ahaha

MHM. A personal story .. My ex-boyfriend .. I've always liked him and my feelings of admiration for him never really went away. His girlfriend and him have been together. When he was with me, he left her for a year and we kicked it for about a year and eventually went out. After we broke up they got back together though. I guess that he ended up liking her again. Their still together and we're still the best of friends though sometimes I can't help but ask 'why her?', you know?

I mean, he can do better than me but don't do worse
