So what do you guys watch?
edit: woah, this thread got bumped! Well, needless to say in the past three years my tastes have a varied a little. I like Iron Chef America, but mostly when Morimoto and sometimes Batali are battling. Seems like every time I try to watch ICA it's always a Flay or Cora battle, and I'm not interested in their battles.
Still love Alton Brown. Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives is fun to watch, always makes me hungry even though everything on that show is so unhealthy. I like Food Network Challenges so long as they're interesting. Seems like they're always doing the same thing. The cake challenges have gotten boring as they usually have the same cake decorators competing or some national cook-off. I miss the days when they showed challenges when they had pastry chefs come in from around the world and they had to do sugar sculptures, chocolate and cake work all in one challenge. That stuff was good.
Food network has become really complacent to me. It's mostly American/Italian cuisine and an overload of food info shows. There's not even really one show that has a truly ethnic chef . Foodnetwork needs to spice things up.

i like everyday italian, though giada de laurentiis sorta resembles a bobblehead..but i like her kitchens, everyday food, a cook's tour, restaurant makeover, i do let's eat!, sugar, barefoot contessa, 30-minute meals, behind the bash, made-to-order, chef at home (and chef at large), party dish, good ol' nigella bites and jamie oliver's series..but they don't show those anymore, and cook like a chef.
i can't stand emeril, martin yan, or bobby flay. ugh.
the food network canada has a few different shows then the foodnetwork US.

I also like some of their non-in the kitchen shows, like the Pastry Championships. It's pretty interesting what they make.
Iron Chef is okay. I remember watching it in elementary school in original Japanese with my mom translating it.
