I guess five pounds a month sounds reasonable. Basically 1.25 pounds per week.

Best way to lose weight is to eat a well-balanced diet, drink a lot of water, and run everyday for 30-40 minutes.

Worked for me. :]

That sounds healthy. I am the wrong person to ask for advice. When I want to lose weight, I lose it fast but it is extremely unhealthy lol.

Yeah, I'm going on a Winter diet as well.
First of all you need to cut out junk foods. I actually think about the Christmas food I could eat when It's December so I don't eat any junk food now (if you understand what I mean)
Also, plan each month instead of going straight to March because it's so far away.

Join membership for gym it will definitely make you go. (Can't really run outside because of the weather getting worse)

I eat mostly Porridge/oatmeal in the winter and cereal in the summer for breakfast
eat sandwiches or just a snack bar depends
eat vegetables and meat for dinner
snack on raisins
fruit for dessert or yoghurt

It's not very healthy but yeah that's what im doing just now

1) get teacup saucers or similar-sized plates
2) write a daily schedule and schedule your meals so that they are no more than 4 hours apart and no less than 3 hours apart; this includes snacks
3) each meal should not be larger than the size of your saucer-plate
4) eat within 1 hour of waking up
5) eat something from each food group everyday
6) drink 8 glasses of water, do not drink soda
