I usually add kimchi to my ramen.
Why don't you look up recipes online?
Some of the recipes isn't that hard to make
and this could be an opportunity to learn how to cook.
You could try to make kim chi stew or just eat kim chi alone with rice.

Oooh adding kimchi to your ramyun is always good. Try putting some hot pepper paste next time when you make kimchi fried rice and maybe some sesame oil.

You can also just fry the kimchi and eat it with rice. It's good with eggs and spam or even just eating rice, fried kimchi, and fried eggs is good. smile.gif

You can make kimchi jjigae like someone already suggested and there's always kimchi boochingae~ Or you can eat kimchi with a sweet potato (yeah sounds weird but I love it. Lol. ) There's a lot of different things you can do with kimchi or you can always just eat it with rice and some other banchan (side dishes). Oh! and budaejjigae is good too.
Some say i'm a genius, others say i'm crazy
but they all say i'm a little on the weird side

With your leftover kimchi, make kimchi jjigae(stew)
If you want to put kimchi in your ramyun, just put it in lol. it doesn't matter how you do it, you can't go wrong with kimchi + ramyun or kimchi at the side.

List of what you should do with kimchee!

1. Mix egg and kimchee with rice. (Cut the kimchee into small bits with a knife)
2. Kimbab: Rice, Kimchee, and Seaweed (LOVE IT!)
3. Make Kimchee soup (water, sugar, salt, kimchee, boil it until it smells good and the water turns red)
4. Kimchee Pancake (부친개) I think I spelled that wrong -__-; (Flour, kimchee, red pepper paste, sugar, salt)
5. Kimbab: Rice, Kimchee, Egg, and Seaweed (Really good this way too)
6. Kimchee, Tuna with mayo mixed, and Rice (Pure heavenly taste LOL)
7. Add kimchee into your ramen noodles!
8. Kimchee fried sauce (You can also add carrots and onions, just dice it with the knife, put vegetable oil I think)
9. Tulleekeegooksu? I don't know how you spell it -__-; (You put a lot of water, put udon noodles in it, then put a lot of kimchee and just wait til it cooks. It's so delicious, my mom made it for me a lot!)
10. Bibing naemyun (Mixed Noodles) (You boil water and put noodles into the boiling water and wait until it's good to eat, take a bite of it if it's okay to eat. Then take the cooked noodles and put it in some kind of a pot where you can wash it cold, take all the water out from the noodle. Then in another bowl, put amount of kimchee you wanted to eat with sugar and vegetable oil and mix it a lot then pour the saucey kimchee to your noodles, mix them until the noodles have the taste of the sauce. and ta-da!)

If you want to add kimchi to some of your Western favorites try adding it to:

pizza
hotdogs
hamburgers
reuben sandwiches (with pastrami and swiss cheese between 2 slices of rye bread)
salad
grilled cheese sandwiches
You can find me on the web at Koreafornian Cooking, ZenKimchi Food Journal, Twitter & on Facebook.
