So I've been night jogging for about 3 weeks now ( 3 times a week) and I jogged 2 miles each time. I've noticed that my stamina has gone up, the first time I was dying from the 1st mile and my legs were crazy sore but now it isn't hard to run a mile. I know that I'm not going to lose weight right away but I want to know how long it took you guys to see results. (Not stamina, I mean like actual weight loss from stomach/legs/face)

With good dieting, I lost 10 pounds a month.
The pounds get harder to shed as you get skinnier though,
but the percentage should be similar if you're consistent.

results typically happen when you lose more than at least 10 pounds (just my opinion!).
I ran and lost 10lb a month. I ran about 18-20 miles a week (times depend on you but faster is generally better).

i can run 2 miles, but after that. i'll probably run on survival senses or something lol.
i'm 6'1 230 lbs, so a big guy like me running over 2 miles is hard.
but are u a guy?
if ur a guy i dont think u shuld be jogging long distance unless ur doing it for a sport.
i recommend HIIT. interval training.
if u just run long distance, ur gonna lose fat, but ur also gonna lose muscle.
wen u run intervals, u'll gain muscle AND lost fat.
but remember, exercise is only 20% of losing weight. the other 80% is diet.
lets say u eat mickey d's everyday, but u run a mile a day...ur gonna get fatter or see no improvement (probably getta heartattack) so u need to eat lean meats with vegetables. it'll motivate u if u think about ur future.
u wanna be successful healthy and have a nice family?
or be unhealthy?
also, "just do it"
that motivates me.

Yes I am a guy, and i usually eat korean food and the side dishes are vegetables like kimchi and stuff, I usually eat a bagel at least once a day, breakfast or dinner, I eat breakfast which is usually rice with side dishes and soup, lunch i usually eat at at 5 pm so it would have digested by 7 pm when i go jogging and my lunch varies from korean food to sometimes junk food like hotpocket,in and out, or some pie, but thats rarely, and dinner once i get back which is whatever that fills my hunger.
Running intervals? I don't quite understand what that is, care to explain?

Well I'm a girl and I went Jogging/speed walking to the beach to home none stop. I guess it was about 3-4 miles? [the beach is longer, but I run at night, so it dangerous for a girl like me to go any farther.] I did it for 3 days straight and I saw results already on my legs.
