i dont really get that part... but it doesnt matter if your wheels are turned or straight when you are parked. if they are straight, it is a little easier to get out, but its not that much harder if they are. with more experience i'm sure you will get better iwth it

and im gonna take a shot in the dark here. does 4D happen to be right next to each other? in that case im gonna tell you that its not 4D and its either 4th gear limit or D, but since they are next to each other im assuming u think its 4D.
I might be wrong but it was kinda hard to get what you were saying. As far as putting it into drive before or after turning the wheel, it doesnt matter, since u can:
1. turn the wheel and put it into D
2. put it into D, hold the brakes down, and turn the wheel and let go.
I personally do the latter when im driving the lexus

it doesnt matter if your wheel is straight or not.. but it's more easy for you to get out if your wheels are straight, then of course back up striaght FIRSTTT lol after that i would go to 4D and turn the wheel, but sometimes you can back up straight and hit brake then turn the wheel first then switch to 4D and just let it go..just find a way to make it easier for you i guess... Type-R has the B18c5 in America. In Japan, its just B18C. However, in Japan, the GSR was also B18C. So it's kind of hard to tell the block apart, whereas the head is easy to tell apart.
