How do I find time to exercise? resolved~ =D

But, I can't help it.
I wake up at 5:30 to get ready for school, and then I come back from school at 5:30 (HORRIBLE timings I KNOW). And when I come back home I'm too exhausted to do anything since well it's realllyyy hot in school and I feel tired and whiny. So I eat my lunch (yeah lunch at 5:30, wow) and then I go to sleep by 6:30, 'cuz I cannot do my homework if my mind is spinning.
I get up by 8 and it takes me a good half hour getting my mind to wake up. Then I start doing my homework. I have loads, loads, LOADS of homework, and I finish by 12-ish. Now after 12 my dad begins his exercise and he uses all the equipment we have at home so I can't exercise then either (but WHO exercises after 12 ANYways?? T_T) and he gets done by 2 ('cuz the treadmill is in my room, boooo), and then I sleep at 2. And then the cycle continues.
So that way I can NEVER find the time to exercise. My weekends are Friday and Saturday (yes it's different where I live). Friday I spend sleeping 'cuz I'm so sleep-deprived, and I have school again on Saturday (yeah I go 6 days a week)
I can't diet 'cuz a lot of the times I eat light dinner and light breakfast, then during class I'm all dizzy and unfocused
So seriously, how do I find the time to exercise? Or how do I find time to simply lose weight in any way?
EDIT:
With the help of you soompi-ers, I've managed to change my lifestyle to this:
I come home at 5:30, have a reallyy light snack (like fruit or something) and after about 15 minutes (I don't want to exercise directly after eating, so then I go on the computer), I exercise for 30~45 mins.
Then I take a shower and am done with all of this until about 7:30-ish. I start doing my homework (and I'm not so tired when I do it so it takes me less time) and am usually done by 10-ish, I go to sleep and wake up at 5:30 again.
And this is what I eat:
Breakfast: When I have to take the bus, I eat an energy bar and drink a glass of milk. When I'm going with my mom, cereal =)
At school: I take a grilled chicken sandwich, an energy bar, fruits (usually 2), and vegetables (usually a cucumber)
After I come back: Like I said, light snack like fruit
Dinner: Well it's not exactly dinner, but just so I don't feel like I'm starving in the morning. A brown bread sandwich (or anything that doesn't have too many calories)
So thank you guys for ALL your help, as you can see it has helped me loads, and I'm not even feeling that tired since now I'm catching up on my sleep! ^^ (oh, and apparently my dad exercises in the dark when I'm asleep...my fault for not asking him that)

are you really doing hw for 4 hours straight? or is there some time where you're just on the computer etc?
don't you get lunch breaks at school? you should be eating lunch at school.
if you're really serious about exercising you'll either find time or make time
maybe just taking an hour of your day on the wkends and go exercise
btw just a suggestion, but maybe you should move the treadmill out of your room.
it doesn't make sense for a student to be sleeping at 2am when they can be sleeping at 12am.

You should also fix your sleeping schedule. If you need to get up by 5:30, you should at least sleep by 11. It is also understandable that you will be tired coming home after school, but you shouldn't sleep from 6:30 to 8. You should, at most, sleep until 7 because short, quick power naps actually make you more alert so you can get started on that hw quicker and finish it sooner! I know it's hard to get up, but just make yourself. Do some jumping jacks, walk around, wash your face, etc. You'll feel a lot better if you wake up by 7 rather than sleeping until 8. Long naps actually make you more tired. ):
Though, instead of napping, you could always go on a jog. (: Personally, I get a lot more energy after a work out instead of feeling tired and worn out. I go to the gym on campus before my math discussions and I never feel sleepy in that class. It just makes you feel good and a lot more healthier.
Exercise is only part of it, a good chunk of it also deals with your lifestyle and diet. You just need to slowly change some habits. Not having enough time is a very common excuse to not exercise. I should know; that was my excuse for the longest time. xD But, if you change some habits, you find you actually can make time. You develop new habits because now I feel gross and blah if I don't go to the gym/run at least twice a week. But, yay for a 3 mile bike ride to and back from classes every school day.
PS. Don't spend your whole Friday sleeping. I'm sure you can find at least an hour or two to go running or do some weight training. Besides sleep debt can't be repaid back in a day, you need to add an extra hour or two to your current sleep schedule on the other days~ it's better that way.

plain and simple... eat less. if your fat, it's because calories in > calories out
exercise helps the calories out, but if you can't help it, just do less calories in
weight control is like 10% exercise.... and 90% diet
and by eat less i don't mean literally eat less, i mean eat less calories. replace 1 hamburger with 1 apple. same volume, less than half the calories. or if possible, quite literally eat less. get smaller portions, stop eating right before you're actually full. chew on your food a LOT more since that way you feel fuller.
if you don't have time to exercise, that's no excuse for being overweight since you are what you eat. if your fat, then you're eating too much.

Lol and the time I spend on the computer is the time my dad exercises 'cuz I've got nothing else to do then
But on some days I get very little homework so I try to do it then...but sleeping 5 hours a day (and spending all that time in school) makes my body really tired and I just can't find the energy to get up and exercise. I tried it a few times, and I felt like the energy completely drained out of me.
JAMIESHOCK
Thanks, you actually answered the question
Thanks everyone for the help~ =D

but anyway, i think you should schedule your time properly. eat during the right time, sleep during the right time.
if you do that you should be able to find time to exercise without any problems.

you could do crunches and lunges instead of doing the computer.
i think when you say you have NO time to exercise, that's .. exaggerated.
i mean, what are you doing now..
you're on soompi.

Wow
Not sleeping and eating infrequently cause weight gain.

Lol no, but he uses the equipment that I want to use after 12
Yeah that's 'cuz some days my dad doesn't exercise, so I may sleep before 12, and I need to finish my homework before then, so if I exercise first, then have no time to do hw..then I'm in deep sh*t

Well, I'm not really doing those type of exercises currently. I used to do those during the holidays because then if the next day I have really bad muscle aches I can just rest for some time, but since I have school I can't rest. I'm only doing cardio right now. And yeah i have to come on soompi so that I can check my replies right? How long does that take? xD
But anyways, like I already said, I'm going to try sleeping early and do my exercises during the afternoon. So as soon as I start doing that, I'll come back and tell you guys how it's been going ^^ (its weekend here so, can't really say now)

And how can you sleep all day on friday? I know sometimes when I'm up studying for a midterm, the next day even if i try to sleep all day i can't.. so yeah try not to sleep all day and get some time in to exercise or whatever

First, get fully dressed for running; then every time you finish 2 or 3 questions, go out and sprite (as fast as you can, like you have to pee and you have to use your neighbors' washroom... whooo, need to pee so bad, no washroom, whoo, what do i do) for 1 minute and come back. you'll be super fit!
.
i'm not breaking the sign rule..

you also don't eat breakfast. putting anything in your mouth revs up your metabolism for the entire day so that's another big mistake.
if you really wanted to lose weight and exercise, you would use your time wisely. you say that you don't do any resistance training or strength training because you feel sore the next day? well do you even stretch before or after your workouts? if you stretch properly, you woudn't feel sore the next day. also weight training burns calories also so you don't need to only do cardio to burn calories. plus weight training builds fat burning muscles. so you can't take two minute breaks inbetween homework and jump in place for 2 minutes? you can't do weight training while reading or get on that treadmill? you can't squat or lunge with a book in your hand?
sleep deprivation messes with your hormones therefore your body may be producing more of a hormone that clings onto fat.
i don't see why you can't take more stairs during breaks at school. or walk really fast to your next class. or go for a quick run afterschool even if you are tired because exercise actually helps wake you up. it's more productive than taking a long nap. plus it has been proven in numerous studies that a 20 min nap is actually more beneficial than an hour nap. you only need to work out at least 3 days a week for 30-45mins, so i can't imagine how you can't make time for that. even it's split up throughout the day. i just see excuse after excuse.

You see the thing is, at the time I didn't know that power naps are better than sleeping for an hour, and that a little jog is better than a power nap (learnt a lot more from this, just giving an example). I'm not making up excuses, I'm just saying, I didn't know that you could do all this. I'm not a weight loss expert, that's why I asked you guys for help. So again thank you for your help

but if what you said is true then you need better time management. when you get home. finish your homework right away. you say that you can't but that's because you haven't gotten into the habit of doing so. your issue is habits.
Don't nap. it messes with your system. just sleep more in the night.
I highly advise you to tell your dad that his excercising is getting in the way of your health. he loves you. he'll find another time to excercise.
poor sleeping habits, such as yours, will cause weight gain. plus a lot of other health issues (ie. weak immune system, etc.).

Oh and I come on soompi 'cuz I like doing collabs (performers thread~), and singing is a passion, my days don't go by if I don't sing.
BUT, I can finally say I've changed my lifestyle.
