Okay I made a modified version of Samgyetang ( Chicken Ginseng Soup ) yesterday and could'nt finish it so I've stored the whole pot away in the fridge which is what I've always done with most of the leftovers anyway as if otherwise they would go wasted. So my question is, would the Samgyetang still retain its nutritions or would the nutritions deplete overnight/time? Since this is something that I made for my dad who had to work overtime most days this month, I am a bit particular. I dont mind cooking a fresh version. Just wanted to be sure if I should serve that to my dad.
How about rice, porridge and veges? I heard they cannot be left overnight?
