Exercises to lose arm fat/flab? D: Anyone know any?

Soo as the title says does anyone know any?
I don't like my arms because they're kinda fat and I want slimmer arms. ;__;
And I was wondering does dumbbell exercises help with this?
Or will this just make my arms even more big? O_O

Defiantly try strength training in the arms area. It will tone it up, which will get rid of the flabbiness. Not to mention, you arms will be stronger! (Three times a week will tighten your arms up faster and you can change it to one day if you believe your arms are getting bulkier) You'll have to keep up with it though, because if you stop your arms will go back to being flabby. (Not right away, but you know what I mean) (Also, don't lift anything to heavy because you don't want to strain your muscles to much or get an injury.)

Remember, there's no such thing as spot reduction! Cardio will be your best friend in trying to get rid of fatty tissue.

But resistance or weight training will tone it, not to mention speed up metabolism. You can have flabby arms but not need to lose weight to make them look nicer.
