MY LONG AWAITED TABLET HAS COME. soo hot and sleek, and for a pretty decent price. This computer store sold it for $355.95, which was $100 cheaper than what FutureShop and everyone else were selling it for. Right now its on sale, AGAIN, for even less; $345.95! too bad they didn't allow me to get the price difference, even though its only been a week. Not even, because my Wacom had to be shipped so that was just waiting time.

It is so sleek, and the expresskeys and the touch ring on the side makes my life so much more easier. However, i find that the surface is a lot rougher, not by feel, but by how it interacts with the pen. I don't think it has anything to do with the nibs, or the pen itself. Even though intuos4 is said to have a lot more pressure sensitivity, sometimes i don't achieve the right effect of what i want. I also find that i would need to press down more harder at times, that wares off my nibs a lot. It makes me wonder if wacom did it on purpose, just so you would spend more on nibs haha.

For those that have the new tablet, what are you thoughts, reviews. or if you have anything to say

haha I just received my wacom bamboo pen & touch not so long ago smile.gif
I love it so far, but yea sometimes I find the touch too sensitive for me, but the pen works well although I do think they make you press harder and my pen nib is already like o_o;;

but it's made it so much easier for me when it comes to editing, creating graphics etc omg i don't know how i lived with a stupid trackpad for so long.

wells i just had a mouse, and pentool. pentool is good and all, but sometimes i find it a bit...'difficult' like....its not as personalized!! and doesnt have a nice 'pen pressure' point when i need it.

not to mention the added bonus' & software that intuos4 gives you is really sweet

i have this one, and omg photoshop is so nice to use with it. I've never used the mouse however. I love how thin it is!

I also use it for final cut pro to edit films with.
