I have no idea what this is, and I can't read Chinese.

These are pills for "Stomachache Vomiting. Dyspepsia, Food and water-induced gastritis, Nausea, Diarrhea" (according to the English version of the box cover). I suppose they're like po chai pills, traditional Chinese medicine that's a remedy for a number of health problems. According to the instructions here, the pills are usually very small, so adults need to take a small handful of 5-6 pills for each dosage, three to four times daily.
