I have Samsung Star (S5233W), and I guess because of the region, it only has Southeast Asian language settings available. @.@

Is it possible to get some sort of language pack with Japanese settings? And Korean as well.

Please and thanks! <3

Strangely, my samsung (er, I forgot the model, u600?) has the languages, I can type in Chinese and other asian languages, but Korean isn't there. :/ Weird cause Samsung is a Korean phone..

Just bought my Star Wifi and am happy with everything except that it doesn't read any Korean >_>

Wish someone will pop-up and give us a solution >_<

there's usually no way of downloading a language pack without hacking it or something. thats what I know.
or you could go to the shops and let them do it for you, some shops here do that.

Like the poster above said, you can't unless you hack it. Otherwise, there are some providers (I'm not from the US, though, I dunno if you are) that allow you to install programs that enable you to type in korean or other east asian languages. The star wi-fi has chinese, though, right? XD

My old Samsung 707SC had English, Japanese, Korean languages and input as well.

Yall might wanna look into that.

707SCII also is the same way. Softbank is the primary carrier for those phones wink.gif
