So tomorrow, I am receiving my shots (HPV & Tetanus) but I'm not sure if I really want to receive them anymore since I'm also taking pills/medicine for my throat since I was tested positive for some... problem (i had like an inflammation of some sort) The type of antibiotics I'm currently taking is called "penicillin"
ANYWAYS, I was wondering, if I actually took the shots, would it react with my medicine causing my immune system to be.. a bit messed up? something along those lines?
or should I not take the pills & receive the shots tomorrow?
thanks in advance.

Ask a doctor, not an internet forum.
From my knowledge, however, you can take immunizations while taking antibiotics. I dunno why would you wouldn't be able to.

I know, but I'm just wondering. I'm thinking of asking those people tomorrow though, but because I haven't taken shots for quite a while, I have no idea what to expect.

i don't know the answer but definitely inform the people giving the shots about your problem.

If you are worried about the medication and shots interferring with each other, then let your doctor know.

i thought penicillin was a shot o_O guess it's in a pill too?
i doubt penicillin will interact with your vaccinations. penicillin is used to treat bacterial infections like that of your throat, while vaccinations are used to well, vaccinate, which deals with viruses. but even though both shouldn't interact, things can always go wrong. ask you doctor before getting the shots and he'll give you an appropriate response. i.e. vaccinations will weaken your immune systems and the bacterial infection will get stronger and overpower the effects of your penicillin, but again, your doctor will know best
don't be scared to ask your doctor questions, you're paying him. that's what it all comes down you, you've already paid him so ask whatever you want to.
