but you need it in order to live. sad but true.
marriage is going to be like that too.
what you can do is try to make it less stressful. (etc, stay away from managers, just do what they please haha)

Now a year on, I've moved countries and got a new job which I thoroughly love.
The only advice I can give you is none of this stick it out for as long as possible until something else comes up. I say set yourself a time limit for how long you think you're willing to putting up with it. Then stick to it. When that time rolls around, don't think, oh maybe I'll hang on to this job for a while. If you don't make the hard choices you won't get anywhere

Thing is I feel like i'm not going anywhere in my job. There is no job satisfaction and not much of a feeling of fulfillment, if you know what i mean. I see people here in my position for years upon years and i'm wondering how can they do it? Do they not have other career or life aspirations to get up and do something different?
the people are OK, but it's just the work itself and the work environment that's giving me the idea of quitting also. But I'm not really sure because of the current state of the economy. If i do choose to quit, I will probably be taking some classes at a city college and when i'm done in half a year or so, hope job searching will be easier.
sorry bo for the threadjack.... the way i see it. If you want to make a change, you have to get up and do it. Can't expect something to come around and fix it for you.
But i still haven't made up my mind.

and if itīs about money you can also see if they will pay you what you are earning now or at list
something that comes close to it i know we need to work we need money to pay for our lifes expences
but i also belive that where you work has to be a place where you can feel secure and you donīt have to be best friends with your co workes but getting along with them is something that would be nice couse it makes it all easier
i have never been in your place but if i were i think i would not stay in a place like that for a long time

like for exemple if u want to travel say that this job will pay u a good trip to an exotic place; or if u like something or have a hobby try to use it at work , i love photography and even if i hate my job at a hospital i can be so exited if i find an interesting topic to photograph!

It's one thing to dislike your job - it's another thing to hate it.
It's a sad reality, but sometimes you have to make big sacrifices in order to get the job you will love. For instance, there are people who have to work full-time, but also pursue professional degrees at night.
