Well I guess the title is self-explainitory. I've tried weight completely but it doesn't work. Are there any exercises that help get rid of this ?

I have a dance showcase on December 5th and we have to wear singlets and so I'd like to be able to wear a singlet without looking weird : )

Please help biggrin.gif

edit: I've been doing around 30 push-ups daily (you know the leaning againest a piece of furniture push-up) and there's been a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG improvement on my right-side but not so much the left.

Just make sure to get the elbow at a 90 degree angle. It's the most affective

you can only target fat loss through lipo suction, the only other method is to lose fat overall and eventually it'll come off your pits

I have the same problem...I look hideous in halters, spaghetti straps, etc. sad.gif I've found no solution either. It's still there even when I lose weight.

I heard that if you lift weights (not heavy, but like those smaller dumbbells) then they'll go away. I don't know about this but here where I live all the saleswomen who sell bras advise us to tuck the fat into our bras... I don't know if you get what I mean but basically you know how people have some fat either at the back or just under your armpits... basically you tuck that all into your bra.. and you have to do that regularly because as you move it'll come out again. That sounded so awkward HAHA.

My p.e teacher says that you can try by using dumbbells. You stand up straight, hold the bells in, facing your waist/body and pull upwards.

If you tried weights and it didn't work then i am not sure what to say...
Doing triceps curls helps tone the backside of the arm and what bloo. said. Only use around 3-5 lbs nothing over that or else you might get some huge muscles. XD

I would just say, keep at it. If your arms are toned...i don't think people will notice the armpit fat anymore.

Some lingerie sales lady did that for me in China. It was extremely awkward, but it did hide some of my armpit fat!!

And it helps fill in my bra more. =D

Arm pit fat? You mean like the flab on your upper arm?
So push ups work? (I seriously suck at push ups though >_<)

Hmmm have you tried like tricep dips, they tend to give them a good work out.
Also around the front part where there is that extra flab, I find doing pec work helps since your pec muscle attach in that area so toning them up will tone up that area
