I just bought a vaio vgn-cs320J a month ago and right now the volume buttons aren't working (the touchpad/console)... It used to work but right now it's not working. I keep trying to slide the volume up but it doesn't work at all. The AV MODE button still works though so I'm a bit confused.
I tried re-installing the drivers but nothings working. Help please

The best advice is DON"T BUY A VAIO! Windows 7 is out. My Vaio (VGN-FZ260e) is only 2 years old. I tried installing the 7 upgrade and get BSODs and programs hang, etc. I just off chat with sony support. they have no plans to provide updated drivers for windows 7. I'm selling my Vaio and will NEVER buy another Sony computer again! What a nice way to treat their customers. Meanwhile, you can't buy a motherboard for a Vaio. You must send them the laptop, pay their repair cost, and pay their item price. Never again!
