^In starcraft professional games, people type gg(good game) or ㅈㅈ before exiting out when the game is lost for them. Since sc is such a big thing over there, when someone types it in the commentators usually scream it out and the fans just plain scream(like in the video). It's...more an inside joke than anything I guess?
