I recently came across this diet, Juice Fasting. Has anyone tried it? Did you actually loose weight and keep it off or did you gain it back as soon as you stopped? I'm curious and I kinda want to try it, but not until I actually get what's going on and everything.

Eh, IMO this doesn't seem very smart. My friend did this to go down a weight class for a tournament (it wasn't exactly a juice fast, but it was an all-liquid diet), and he eventually gained it all back later. He always diets before a competition, but never keeps it off for long.
Things like this aren't really /meant/ to be for permanent and healthy weight loss anyways, so I wouldn't recommend it.
