It's kind of hard to explain. If I were to jump up and down continuously (ex. jump roping, skipping, running, fast walking) , a nerve in the upper/outer part of my foot kind of feels funny. A jump or two later, that nerve would
snap, really painfully. I would be able to walk in a minute or so, but definitely not right away. It feels as if the nerve is "wandering" from its correct position, and at one point, get under/over another nerve/tendon/??? and get pinched. It usually doesn't happen to both feet at once.
I think I've had this since middle school (I'm in HS now). Near the end of 7th grade I badly sprained/twisted my ankle. I'm not sure if this started before or after. Is there anything I can do for my feet? I already stretch daily.
If I tell this to my mom she'd dismiss it as nothing. So the doctor is not an option.
