its so juicy and it melts in your mouth and it looks so pretty.
some ppl thinks its easy to make since its just cut up raw fish, but the cutting up of the fish is actually very hard and the qualty of the meat is better too i think... to bad its so expensive.
and making it homemade is hella hard cuz when i do it i cut it up but i cut it wrong and it ends up being all chewy because i didnt cut out the veins or w/e.
anyone know how to make sashimi? anyone love it? some ppl r disgusted by it but its good if u give it a try
