Hey Hey!!

I am quite troubled whenever I walk downtown and see the homeless begging for food and being completely shunned by society. Though I'm not going to come up with some contrived ol' speech on the subject of homelessness. We all know it exists and it is what it is. Call me Sam but I am what I am and thus treat everyone the way I would want to be treated myself, the homeless included!

My room mate is gone. I laid the hammer down so to speak by giving her notice that she and I were not compatible 'roomies'.
She would always eat my strawberry flavored pocky or she'd always be on my 50" plasma tv when I wanted to watch my J-dramas. Not to mention her knack to be perpetually late on rent payments. She was simply uncompromising and declined when I asked her if she'd like to play badminton with me. I may be gentle, sweet, non confrontational but the last thing I am is a born sucka.

Now, there's this homeless guy who I've nicknamed Ned. I always walk past him when I'm going for groceries because he's camped out at the same spot, day in day out. This dude is super friendly as I've got the chance on many occasions to kick it with him. Usually I grab some Timmy Ho's donuts and coffee and bring him some as well. This guy is as harmless as a blindfolded Panda. I'm not so worried about my personal safety as I am versed in the art of Karate (I watch UFC too)
I would like to help him out considering winter is fast approaching and here in Canada our winters are madd fierce!
It might seem as if I'm bending over backwards to do something for someone that a person wouldn't normally do for a stranger but I'm not your typical human being. You see, I'm planning to get him all cleaned up so that I can hopefully find him a job where he'd be able to resurrect his life and be in good standing with God.

The one worry I have is my Mom. If she finds out I've taken in a homeless man she would likely drop dead, I kid you not.
But yeah, just wanna know if I should really go through with this. I really want to introduce him to things like bubble tea, church, badminton, Chinese culture and sushi. Life is short but I count my days because I know heaven's scent will be super duper amazing. Do good not evil ya'll and I promise you'll be better for it.

Cheers you guys.

I can't tell if this person is a troll or not, either. Esp. that bit about badminton and specifically referring to your 50 inch plasma...

Have you asked if he actually wants a job?

It's nice of what your doing, but the thing is you don't know him personally.

He maybe all nice to you because you are nice to him, but you never know he might turn on you, if you decide to let him in... It could turn disasterous or the other way.

Plus you may not know why he is on the streets, i think you should get to know him better.

And I'm asuming your a girl/female, i think you should see if a male friend who has heart as large as yours to take him in.

Nah, the story looked stupid so I just click his forum activity. All he does is make up these outrageous stories in his thread and he doesn't even reply to people's comment.

Anyways, let me know if Green Tea-3 ever replies to this thread.

Your trolling lacks pizazz. I think you should go back to the basics and rebuild.

My trolling is superior!

As for OP (troll or not), I strongly suggest you don't bother with these bums. They may end up jackin' yo stuff in the middle of the night and setting your house on fire.

In Korea I remember watching a show, it was based on a true story but not all is true, a man talked to a hobo every now and then as he passed by and he used be to really smart before he got in the streets, he got there because he was too carefree and that screwed him up. Now the guy, lets say his name is Namu and the hobo is Bamu, Bamu was in the streets holding up a sign "will hack html for food" and Namu bought him a hot quick meal from the grocery and ended talking to him and invited him to his house to hack his html. He was amazed how smart Bamu was so he let him stay in his apartment in exchange for him cleaning up, getting a job, and help paying rent. In the end they made a business together which involved in technology because he was so smart with it. How the store ended out? I don't know, it's a gamble because who knows Ned could be a sexual predator wanting to get inside your pants.

I don't think he's a troll.. or I hope not.
It's a really NICE thing for you to do, but I suggest NOT doing it! You have no idea who this guy is! He may be pretending to be kind back to you just so he can take your stuff. You may end up seriously regretting it. ): I suggest maybe at least talking to him and help him here and there, but do not baby him and do not put him in your home! You can't trust him, you don't know him. Talk to him and tell him to get a job. He's a man, he can fend for himself! He could kill you while you are sleeping if all we know.

they aren't stable by most part.
