So currently, I have a pink LG Ice Cream, but I get sick of my phone easily and I'm looking to buy a new one.
However, I have predicament. What should I buy? LG Cookie or Samsung Corby?

LG Cookie: I feel in love with this phone when I saw and used my friend's white one. The shape and size is so cute~ I'll buy it in pink and I love the pink on it~

Samsung Corby: Mainly, I want it because the actors in "미남이시네요" ("You're Beautiful") were using it and I researched it. It seemed pretty decent and I love the smooth cute back.

The two phone's prices are pretty much the same and they do pretty much the same things...
Which one should I choose?

I heard the Cookie lags, also read on another thread the same thing.
I'm actually looking to get the Corby for my next phone. I haven't seen any bad reviews on it so far.

The illustrated UI is really pretty too.

no, the Corby does not have wifi. Only the CorbyPro does.

I think the Corby looks kind of ugly and awkward.

the Cookie definitely looks better and is thinner, but I've used it and it does lag. Idk if the Corby will lag or not. Cookie's kind of getting old now too.


it jsut comes down to what you look for.
if you want the looks/design go with Cookie.
if you want something that has more function to it then get the Corby.

the lg cookie is considered a free phone in korea, just in case you don't know..
which means it's been around for awhile ^ just like the person above has said

my cousin has it and she likes it for the most part, it's cute and all

but if you're looking for something new, i'd go for the corby!

i personally find the appearance quite ugly though, but the interface does seems nice to me

i prefer cookie since i always play with my friend's cookie, and it was simple to navigate and it is light weight.

I think go for cookie. My recent phone was cookie. The functions are quite good. It just that sometimes it lagged. But besides that, everything is okay and it is slim. Im using corby right now, and its somehow difficult, well for me. But on the hand, its smaller than cookie. (: Hope it helps.

I bought cookie recently.
The black one, it looks so elegant in a cute way.
The only problem with it, is that the charge dies easily. You'll have to charge it on daily bases.
I wanted to get Samsung Corby before getting LG Cookie. Coz it looked so cute on some Korean Dramas, but when I saw it in front of me. It looked cheap, even its price is cheap. That's why I changed my mind.

anyway, is the korean Anycall version different from the international version of the Corby? I heard that korea's Corby has a 3" screen and international has 2.8"

here is the article about the Korean version of the Corby, which I think, is better than the European version ((( sadly for us non-residents of Korea, we have to use to the Euro version.

it states that the Korean Corby has a bigger display, 3.0" while we can only get 2.8" for the Euro version. Also has some more additional features.

Samsung Corby will be revamped and will release it's WIFI model sometime in Jan or Feb! it wont cost that much more than the current Corby so those who want wifi should wait for it
