At the beginning of the commercial it says that they believe that the red dot the husband draws on the wife's forehead every morning connects them. When the husband dies, she is stripped of her bangles and the red dot. The women (professional mourners) come after the husband dies to take off her bangles and everything that is associated to her being married including the red dot. They try to erase it but it won't erase. Since the dot is supposed to be something that "connects" their lives together and they were unable to erase it, the husband comes back to life. Then at the end, they show the reason as to why the dot wouldn't erase.
