i'm planning to become a dental hygienist because the hours and pay is good enough for a stable living.
oh, and i also have an average gpa, and i know i can't get into any UCs at this rate.
there's a lot of 2-year dental/pre-med programs at community colleges.
however, i can't help but see how easy it is to become one (compared to other professions) all the while earning a pay as good as accountants and nurses :l around 70k (i don't know how it is now due to the recession)
any experiences?
what's the catch?
