It has been said "Follow Your Heart and Your Dreams Will Come True."

If one truly followed their heart, will their dreams come true?

Because I'm curious...and confused.

Every time I follow my heart, someone else gets the reality of my dreams.

Now what's up with that?

If you truly believe in something and your heart is behind you, you can make your dreams happen. They say follow your heart because it will give you the dedication, perseverance, and drive to make your dreams reality. Nothing comes without sacrifice and your dreams may take you in a direction that you didn't expect, you may fail, but your heart will make you get back up and keep fighting. The confusion may come from the fact that many people take the saying too literally and don't realize that having the heart to do something is just the beginning. Your heart and dreams are the starting point, it's up to you to use it to your advantage.

Mhm. It's so sad that our minds are fulfilled with a bunch of fairy tail bulls. Even if you follow your heart, that doesn't mean that your dreams will come true. You make them alive on your own by effort.

No. That's not always the case. Sometimes you follow your heart and end up having your heart broken. =/ But I think if you work at something you want wholeheartedly, you will get it eventually.

Notice how i said CAN? Believing in yourself is the first step. But just doing that won't make anything come true. You have to actually work hard to fufill your dreams.
