ps3 or phone

Ok I can't decide, should i buy a ps3 ($500) or the samsung hd icon ($800)

The phone has like everything in it: phone + 8mp cam + music player + EXTRAS

But then I have a cam, an lg viewty and 2 ipods nano already ....

But I really want a new phone. What should I do?

Both have pretty high ownership costs.. I'd get a PS3 for everything it's good for. Phones are overrated! As long as it works, keep using it.

get the ps3 only if you have friends to play with.. never get into game alone, you will be trapped forever! in your room!

I would go with the PS3. The novelty of the phone bits wear off after a while and you end up paying hundreds for a phone that you don't do anything but make calls on.

yeah and that's so true, after a year ur phone will depreciate much faster than ur ps3

But the question is, are you a gamer? If not, then you'd just be wasting your money and will probably regret buying it, as dust collects... (like with my Wii :[ ) But if you are a gamer, then I'd definitely choose it over the phone, imo. And buy awesome games like Valkyria Chronicle, Demon Souls, and BlazBlue :3

ps. Why does the ps3 cost $500? Even 60 gig doesn't cost that much o__o;;

ps3 for sureee. even if youre not much of a serious gamer, cause you can use it for bluray, internet, etc. like the commercial says, it does EVERYTHING. lol xD plus you already have all the other stuff to make up for the extra stuffies on the phone
