Ohh and i forgot to say:
i do 2 30 second reps for each part
for both morning and nite everyday
so its like 2 min total per day of tensing lol
and if u never heard of it search it on google and read about it!
idk how to track my progress tho lol. any ideas?

This sounds really stupid to be honest. I think you'd get better results lifting weights.

Looking at your thread and your 411, I would think that you're 130 lbs and low BF%, and weak as my 5 year old brother. If you're actually that lazy, then just don't eat anything and drink lots of water and you'll easily get "ripped" (which is what I'm thinking you want, based on this thread and 411).
If you're actually trying to gain some strength/size and be a man, then go to the gym--or did you really think 30 minutes of tensing muscles works? By the way, did you hear this from a female? Because I don't think men would do this as their daily workout. (no sexist)

it's acceptable if you do little to no exercise.. but if you're looking to get stronger on a constant basis lift weights or do weighted-resistance training.
