ok im a 18 yr old with an oily face and this week i noticed my face has been getting these skin colored bumps..there not that noticable but when i touch them they feel like bumps and its really getting on my nerves...and it is not any type of acne in my opinion..has any1 gotten these before? and will these eventually go away on it's own??? please help

Most likely whiteheads. Steam your face and exfoliate & stop touching them or you'll make it worse! Hope this helps

these, i find, are mainly caused my excess sebum/oil on the skin. So try not to use any moisturiser that has oils in it, even if it says it's non-comedogenic. this goes for makeup as well.
Stress also causes excess subum production, so you might find that during a period when you're more stressed out, you might get more of these bumps.
