sites to pre-order albums? i don't know if this is where it goes..

Hopefully, this is where this topic should go. It's related to CDs and website so pretty tech-y?

Anyways, i want to buy the Lil' Wayne No Ceiling Mixtape for someone, and i don't think it's out yet so i want to pre-order it. But I don't know where to do so? I tried google it, but it just gave me sites to download it.

So does anyone know websites where they might have CDs like that?
