Easiest, User-Friendly Software to do Sub Re-Sync?

I have Subtitle Workshop but am still looking for a better software to do subtitle resync.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like no one can help me.

I finally figured out how to use Subtitle Workshop to re-sync subs for my favorite dramas.
