I think most recent LG's can.

One's I know of.

1.LG Ice Cream
2.LG Secret
4.LG Xenon (yes the one on at&t. it's random, but it can type in korean.)

I would check any GSM LG phone that came out recently. Not all of them have it, but I would check.
honestly... you're not half as special as you think you are.

The Google/HTC MyTouch3G can as well, but you just have to download a (free) app from the marketplace. There's tons of other languages too.

all of helio's phones can text in korean, but helio got bought out by virgin mobile. i'm pretty sure that if you have a windows mobile phone too you can download the language pack and then there's probably a way you can type in foreign languages.

My BB Bold and LG Viewty can both type in Korean.
I heard not all LG Viewty's have that function though... I guess I got lucky.

I know Android phones can download a keyboard from the app store to type in Korean. But other than iPhone and android phones (both smartphones), I don't know "regular" cell phones that can type in Korean. The Ice Cream can (my friend has it so I saw for myself) but it's not technically sold in the U.S. officially -- but you can find it on-line and whatnot.

I'm pretty sure Blackberry phones are able to text Korean. I type Korean on my BB8900.

Any smart phone can. You can type Korean, but the other person has to have a smart phone to read the korean.

I know launching unicoded characters from TMO to AT&T has the SMS messages end up on the moon. I know I probably have a whole story and a half sitting on the moon right now.

I do believe the Samsung 707SC and 707SC II can also input Korean.
