I wrote something to FriendA.

Will it appear on everyone's newsfeed?

Will FriendB be able to see what I wrote to FriendA?

* FriendB and FriendA are not friends. They don't know each other.

If u mean send a private message.. then only you and Friend A can see it.

If its on Friend A's wall, then mutual friends are able to see it through the live feed.

All of friend A's friends can see Friend A's wall.

Friend B cannot see Friend A's wall, unless Friend A has allowed his/her wall to be seen by everyone (including strangers)

You can change your privacy settings so that your wall post does not appear on the live feed / news feed of other mutual friends though ! So unless they are stalkers that look at your friend's wall, they'll never see it
