Honda EV-N concept an all electric plug-in car

It is a two-door battery-powered mini car with the retro design from the past. It comes with solar roof, a customizable seat covers and a small electric unicycle.

i thought eco cars are supposed to be aerodynamical. why is it flat on the front.
