as a perpetually drained college student and an admitted coffee addict, i'm now on the hunt for a coffee maker to place in my dorm room. in all honesty i just don't know where to begin.. there are so many options! i know that i definitely don't want anything too expensive, I am a broke college student after all lol. the Keurig makers appeal to me the most but not only is the machine pricey, with the necessity of buying k-cups i think it'd be a pretty expensive investment.
what do you guys use/recommend? oh and it'd be great if the machine were programmable, i'd love to wake up to a freshly brewed pot of coffee ready to jumpstart my day =)
any coffee brand suggestions would be helpful too!

Can't really give you a recommendation for the coffee maker, because I bought one that totally sucks.. haha.
Anyways, I loveeee dunkin donuts coffee (its even better than starbucks, IMO) and you can buy it in stores like walmart for about 6$ a bag.

Everyone in our house is addicted to coffee as well, we just bought Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker... that also can make a bunch of other yummy drinks
& we have Bosch TKA 6744 for awhile now, that's not that pricey and works pretty well...

Thanks so much guys! My suitemate is addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee... I'm becoming a fan myself too. I was never really a fan of the Starbucks brews. =)
