Okay, so...my Motorola RAZR is dead! It was a V3x and like 4 years old.
Now I really need a new one! The problem is which one? The last time I looked for a new phone there was really nothing that made me want it but now there are 4!

So what's really important for me is:
- long battery life
- displaying my contacts with a photo
- it should be fast
- it should have some navigation app
- different ringtones for different contacts
- have a good webbrowser...although..I would only use it when I really need to look sth up..or not? I've never had internet on my phone so I don't know how much I'll use it
- a good camera (doesn't need to be perfect, but I liked the one on my RAZR)
+ typing with slightly longer nails should be easy

Can anyone recommend one? I know the N900 will be released on Nov. 25th in germany.
Would be really great if someone could help me ;D

EDIT: kay so I could try the Bold 9000 yesterday and it war really easy to type on it. Didn't expect that.
Now I'd like to compare the Bold 9000 with the 9700 and maybe the E71.

the e72 looks nasty.
Droid you'd have to get Verizon and HAVE to pay for the plan. Personally i think the Motorola Cliq looks better.
iPhone is always great but there's the problem with battery life and not being able to run programs simultaneously.
N900 looks cool and all but it's like an iPhone with a slapped on keyboard.

I would suggest the Blackberry Bold 9000 in white, or the new Bold 2 9700.

Yeah I think the BlackBerries got me.
I really like the Bold 9000, very good keypad and it looks good. I'm not sure about the 9700...it's more like the curve and the changes are so small.

In germany I haven't seen any white BlackBerry...Do they exist?

i think the new trackpad on all new Blackberries will replace the trackball. The trackpad is so much better in my experience.

the changes in the 9700 arent that many youre right, just that it has trackpad instead of trackball, a curvier/smaller build.

If they don't, type in Blackberry (Model) Housing, and they have different housing.
Basically, you take the plastic shell off your phone and replace it with a different one.
It sounds difficult but it's not that bad. There are tons of tutorials on youtube.
honestly... you're not half as special as you think you are.

yeah ive seem those too. they sell a bunch of them on ebay, but honestly those look way too plastic and cheap.
and it comes with white bezel instead of the silver one like the original white Bold.

I just looked at them...I think the white looks really nice but I would leave the silver bezel too....or gold? but I think that one is just plastic.
Do you think the quality of the plastic is goog? Or would the color come off?

the original white Bold is kind of like matte plastic so i dont think the color will come off or chip off.
however the housings that are being sold are not OEM so its this cheap looking shiny plastic that looks like it could chip off. i think it looks better with the silver bezel, it adds a classiness to it. having it all white looks weird, but if you cant find a white Bold to buy you could just get a black Bold, get the white housing, and just get a separate bezel that is silver.

so do you like this
or this?

get the blackberry 9700.
N900, iPhone, Droid all have a day of battery life.
Currently Using: Apple iPhone 4 White 32GB, Apple MacBook Pro 17" Quad-core i7 8GB 128GB SSD and Apple iPad 2 White 32GB
