This topic doesn't have to exclusively be about just the Flip or the Samsung U10 (those are just my top 2, as of now, that I am debating on)

So my question is...is it worth it? They're mostly $200.00 or less and really compact. If I'm not looking to shoot any movies, just record my vacation trips and whatnot, is it worth it?

I was looking at a couple, but I'm thinking about either the Flip Ultra HD ($199.99) or the Samsung HMX-U10 (around $149.99)

Well, I would go with the flip because it's more for casual use for vacation and stuff.
And personally, I just think that the iFlip looks better and has better quality.
Plus, you can personalize the iFlip! Does it get better?

I just got the flip mino HD for christmas, and I really like it. it's extremely light weight, it's easy as heck to use, and the video quality is very nice, it's not bulky at all, and it fits perfectly in your pocket. You can upload fast and it gives you 60 minutes to do what you must do! I've used it a lot in the past 2 days!
